Jiawei holds an engineering degree from UWA and has worked in the healthcare sector since 2020. Starting on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic, he gained valuable insight into the needs of both clients and healthcare workers. At WillowNest Support, Jiawei oversees strategic planning, daily operations, and service delivery. He plays a key role in ensuring the organisation meets all NDIS compliance requirements and quality standards. With a strong focus on efficiency and client care, Jiawei is committed to building a trusted, responsive service that supports individuals to live safely and independently.

Lei is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, working across operating theatres, medical and surgical wards, and clinical trial centres. Lei combines her clinical expertise with a deep commitment to person-centred care. She is passionate about supporting individuals with disability and older adults to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes and communities.
